Casey Vanac is from Painesville Ohio and has her degree in business as well as Early Childhood Education. She is a substitute teacher as well as a member of Clean Eatz restaurant, which promotes clean eating and a healthy lifestyle.  In 2017 Casey was training for a 24 mile run and stumbled across a Pound class at her home gym. She gave it a try, fell in love, and became a certified instructors only four months later. She found that it was inspiring and motivating to be surrounded by individuals “playing” towards the same goals, immersed in fun music, and keeping to a beat.

It doesn't get much more empowering than a class with an encouraging instructor and supportive people all working hard together.  Group fitness is a great way to help motivate yourself and others to dig deeper and actually enjoy a workout.

Casey’s certifications include Poundfit Instructor, Generation Pound Pro, and certified Spin Instructor.  When she isn’t teaching her scheduled classes, she travels to different elementary schools, Girl Scout groups, and youth groups teaching students the benefits of physical fitness and the heart-pumping, beat-jumping, endorphin-generating of Pound.

When you step foot in to one of her classes her goal is to make you forget all of your problems and feel like a total rockstar ready to conquer the world.
