Megan Davis, CYT 500, LISW-S
"Love show me, love guide me - These words anchor me in the present moment, and have become my prayer, my mantra. My definition of love continues to evolve, and I re-connect to that love each time that I step onto my yoga mat, take a deep breath, or feel the warm sun on my cheek. I am forever grateful to the practice of yoga for igniting a fire in my soul that moves me in the direction of my passion and purpose."
Megan is a yoga teacher and a clinical social worker. She has spent 14 years working as a school therapist in inner city Cleveland, with a focus on trauma and loss. She now teaches trauma-informed yoga as a tool for healing and empowerment. Her heart is especially drawn to teaching to children and teens struggling with grief, anxiety, depression or abuse. She teaches in multiple settings, but the intention is always the same: to create a space for students to feel safe, empowered and loved.
