Melissa’s professional experience includes corporate fitness and wellness, university campus recreation specializing in fitness and wellness programming and services, and an extensive background in a variety of group exercise instruction as well as one-on-one and small group training. Melissa always strives to help everyone she encounters in their own health and fitness FEEL their best. When teaching POUND fitness class, Melissa aspires to give others the opportunity to let go of their worries and concerns, to be themselves, and to not be afraid of what others think. Thus allowing them to have fun, let loose, make noise, and truly unleash their inner rockstar. For more information or to contact Melissa: [email protected] |
